KASTLEA  Urges Drivers To Obey Traffic Rules

The Corps Marshall Kaduna State Traffic Law Enforcement Authority KASTLEA, Carla Abdulmalik has advised drivers of articulated vehicles to always abide by the traffic laws for public safety.

She gave the advice while answering questions from Journalists in her office in Kaduna.

The Corps Marshal said the movement for articulated vehicles passing the Kaduna to other states is not prohibited, but to pass through Nnamdi Azikiwe expressway.

According to her those offloading goods within Kaduna metropolis to enter by 6pm,offload and leave town empty, by 12 noon the following day

The authority’s Corps Marshal Further disclosed that in a bid to enhance the performance of their personnel, the KASTLEA has embarked on training and retraining of its marshals from across the zones including those from other local governments.

 KASTLEA Corps Marshal warned motorists and other road users to avoid overspeeding, use of worn-out tyres and other vehicle parts to guard against accidents.

Carla further implored the KASTLEA’s personnel to continue to live above board and carry out their functions in accordance with the provisions of the law.
