Business Women operators in Nigeria have been advised to embrace new innovations and technology in their business activities to achieve success.
A lecturer with the  department of Business administration Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Dr. Babangiga Zailani, gave the advice at the training for business women organized by the First City Monument Bank ( FCMB) in partnership with African Development Bank held at Assa Pyramid Hotel Kaduna.
He said it is incumbent upon heads families to encourage their spouses to pursue legitimate business through bank loans and other support to enable them prosper.
According to him , business Women in most cases are aid of securing bank loans to operate, advising them to shelve such fear as it is the way forward.
Dr. Zailani, expressed optimism that the FCMB Bank is ready and welling to support business Women through soft loans and other incentive to make them grow.
In a remake while answering news reporters question at the venue of the training, the zonal head of FCMB Kaduna  Mrs Rita Aghware emphasized the commitment of the bank towards the success of the much celebrated Zero interest banking system designed to improve business.
She affirmed the commitment of FCMB towards rejuvenation the business sector through various policies and initiatives.
Mrs. Rita Aghware said her bank is always ready to go along with business women operators to enable them succeed in their career.
To the FCMB Zonal Head expressed conference that the training workshop alots of participants would be educated on how to improve their business.
Also speaking, to news reporters, the community and Marketing Officer of FCMB Yowande Bello, reassured of the commitment of the bank to better the lots of women business operators through various initiatives and programs.
She was of the openion that a prospective business Women needs the support and helping hand of the FCMB to effectively carry out the business transactions.
