A sixty members committee known as “Uba Sani Awareness and Response Squad” has been inaugurated in Kaduna

A member of the Kaduna State House of Assembly representing Zaria City Constituency and chairman Education Committee, Barrister Mahmud Lawal Sama’ila disclosed this at the inauguration of the Committee

According to him the sixty member committee  is targeted at projecting the image of the Governor Uba Sani’s administration and to bring to limelight achievements of the administration

Barrister Mahmud popularly known as “Bola Ige” added that the committee was set up to also acquaint the people of Kaduna State what the government of Senator Uba Sani planned for the state, as well as respond to accusations by retrogressives aimed at discrediting the present administration.

The lawmaker said the members of the committee are carefully chosen and are of proven integrity capable of handling the onerous task for the progress of Kaduna State

Barrister Mahmud Lawal Sama’ila explained that the members are carefully selected to represent each local government of the state, and also to offer meaningful suggestions and advice to governor Uba Sani’s administration on the way forward

He further stated that the sixty man committee is however expected to play integral role towards promoting unity, peace and development among the entire people of the state.

Barrister Bola Ige contended that the committee as part of its agenda has already commence effective media campaign on the activities and programmes of governor Uba Sani through the radio channel to reach the intended audience in the state, for proper understanding

He further pointed out that the activities of the committee has already commenced with a radio discussion programme, with the Commissioner of Education Professor Mohammed Sani Bello Mainan Zazzau

Also according to him Barrister Mahmud Sama’ila, Political Adviser to governor Uba Sani, Professor Manzo Ezekiel featured in a discussion programme on the achievements and prospects of the present administration in Salama Radio FM Radio Kafanchan.

The Education Commissioner said the Uba Sani’s administration has vital education programmes in the state.

The lawmaker therefore maintained that members of the “Uba Sani Awareness and Response Squad” are expected to equally participate in similar radio discussion programme on the administration of the governor.

He stated that the squad was not set up to discredit any individual or group, but to promote peace, unity and progress of Kaduna State.
