A member of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Jigawa state and SA to the governor Umar Namadi, hon Abdullahi Bulama Zugo has called on the people of Guri Local Government to support, hon Abubakar Umar Barde candidates of the (APC) in the forthcoming elections.
Bulama Zugo made the statement in an exclusive interview with newsmen on Friday in Jigawa.
He said the Guri Local Government candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) Barde, has the capacity to deliver the dividends of democracy and usher in economic growth across the local government.
According to him, Barde is a good leader with practical example, generous, honest and trustworthy person that can be entrusted with a higher public responsibility.
In his view, the Guri local government born is a politician, farmer, industrialist and hardworking gentleman.
The astute politician urged members of APC and GURI AWARENESS FORUM FOR BARDE 2024 a group which will be inaugurated soon to go into the ward by ward and ensure that the party sustain the gains of democracy being delivered by President Bola Ahmad Tinubu and Governor Umar Namadi Danmodi.
He said, GURI AWARENESS FORUM FOR BARDE 2024 is a group that will cuts across the 27 local government area of Jigawa state.
“We will be going around the local government to tell the electorate why our party must retain power both at the federal and State level”.
“We want all of us to be adequately prepared for the task ahead. We will face obstacles, rejection and challenges, but remain undaunted, because APC is not like other party’s that will abandon it members”.
He vowed that Jigawa state will be delivered to the party (APC) candidates in the election.
He said with the giant stride being made in the state by Governor Umar Namadi Danmodi, the people have no option but to vote APC. The statement said
