Stakeholders of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ have unanimously endorsed the aspiration of Garba Muhammad to contest as NUJ President at the forthcoming National Delegates’conference, slated to hold in Owerri, Imo State. Speaking at a consultative meeting held in Kaduna on Wednesday, the Kaduna State Council Chairman of the NUJ, Hajiya Asma’u Yawo Halilu said that Garba’s Presidential project should be supported by all in order to restore the past glory of the NUJ. “This is our project and we will do everything possible to deliver it, in shaa Allah”. She said Yawo pledged that the project will be vigously pursued to ensure its success.
