The Border Communities and Northern Nigeria Group has commended  the Nigeria Customs Service federal operation Unit  Zone “B” headquarters Kaduna for successes so far recorded in the zone .

Speaking to a  team of journalists in  Babban Mutum border  area of Katsina state, the Chairman  Border Communities Alhaji Bashir Babura ,  hails   the  FOU zone  ( B) of Nigeria Customs Service for its effort in curbing smuggling and other trade malpractices accross the Northern states.

Alhaji Bashir, therefore,  express sincere appreciation and gratitude to the  Controller FOU Zone ( B) Comptroller Ahmadu Shu’ibu Bello,   and the officers and men of the Nigeria Customs Service for their good and patriotic efforts aimed at reviving  Nigerian econmy .

He noted that the FOU Zone ( B) team on surveillance of the borders had made the youth of the , hitherto indulging in taking drugs and snuggling activities to embrace genuine ways of livelihood

Alhaji Bashir Babura , explained that the magic of Comptroller Ahmadu Bello was restoring many of the youth to life of decency,

“ We believe that the current leadership of Comptroller Ahmadu Bello, he is equal to the task and he’s capable of rescuing Northern bordes  from the conspiracies of the economic saboteurs who are out to move against the genuine intentions of government, patriotic Nigerians and genuine foreign investors,” the said.

Also speaking to journalists in Kastina state,  The National president of change for d development ( CD) Comrade Abdullahi Mamman, said Customs have regained it’s momentum since the coming of Comptroller Ahmadu Bello Shu’aibu as Controller Federal operation unit zone B Kaduna ,saying he brought his wealth of experience to bear on the job ,

He said Comptroller Ahmadu Bello had been able to galvanized his officers to prevent banned iterms from flooding the Nigeria Market through the zone .

He Further commended the NCS  despite the many borders in the zone it had been able to effectively manned and has checked nefarious activities of snugglers in the area.

Investigation revealed that the  Comptroller Ahmadu Bello Shu’aibu and his  Men are working tirelessly to curb activities Of Ilicits trades at the borders of Nigeria and Niger and Benin Republic,

In an exclusive interview with journalists in Kano the Former  Chairman Associotiin Of Customs Liesence Clearing Agents Kano state chapter Alhaji Abdulrashid Nasidi commended the proactive efforts of Comptroller Ahmadu Bello Shu’aibu for fostering community inclusion in his anti-smuggling strategy.

.Alhaji Nasidi Expressing his appreciation, highlighted the significance of inter-agency cooperation, emphasizing its role in bolstering the capabilities of security agencies against criminal elements.

He emphasized that fighting against anti smuggling is a collective responsibility, urging citizens to provide credible information to support the customs efforts in northern Nigeria and Nigeria in general.
