An aspirant for the Kubau State Constituency seat in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon. Musa Ibrahim, has formally declared his intention to contest in the forthcoming election, pledging people-centered representation and inclusive development.

In a statement addressed to the people of Kubau,  made available to newsmen in Kaduna,  Hon. Ibrahim expressed gratitude to God and reaffirmed his commitment to serving the constituency with dedication and integrity. He described Kubau as a region blessed with hardworking citizens and vast potential but noted that significant challenges remain, requiring purposeful and courageous leadership.

According to him, his decision to join the race is driven by a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the constituency. He emphasized that representation should go beyond occupying a political office, stressing the need for visible impact, accountability, and continuous engagement with constituents.

Hon. Ibrahim outlined key priority areas of his proposed legislative agenda, including the provision of improved infrastructure, promotion of agriculture and rural development, enhancement of access to quality education, empowerment of women, and protection of vulnerable groups. He also pledged to uphold transparency and maintain effective communication with the people.

The aspirant further assured that his mission aligns with the vision and policies of Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, noting that he is committed to supporting the administration’s development initiatives to ensure Kubau benefits fully from ongoing reforms and government interventions.

He highlighted the importance of unity and collaboration, stating that he would work closely with traditional institutions, party leaders, youths, women, and community groups to advance the constituency’s interests.

Describing his ambition as a call to service rather than mere political pursuit, Hon. Ibrahim appealed to the people of Kubau for their support, prayers, and guidance as he embarks on the journey.
