Currently pursuing a PhD in Public Governance and Leadership, he has also undergone extensive training in policy, strategy, and public management. Sada has held key positions, including Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Senior Legislative Aide to the President of the Senate, Technical Adviser in the Presidency, and Special Assistant in the Ministry of Regional Development. These roles gave him practical experience in lawmaking, policy implementation, and ensuring that federal programs deliver real results to the people.
