Open letter to Governor Uba Sani.

Dear Sir.
Between the years of two- thousand and two thousand and two, Kaduna State witnessed a sectarian crises that boiled for few days, and the after effects are still lingering in our minds. It was a situation where the whole state catches fire and the rest of the country was heightened by palpable fear.
It all started shortly after the passing of a Sharia law for the Muslims in the State, which do not go well with the Christians, who alleged, the law by the then House of Assembly was not fair to them. As we are we are about to put the Sharia crises behind the the us, irresponsible media report on Miss World paegent in London by a Nigerian National Newspaper insulted a Prophet which led to another heavy riots that seperate the people of Kaduna town along religious lines. The quick response of the government at the time saved the escalation of the riots and eventually douse tension. The Makarfi Government quickly built what is called STRIKE FORCE in all the hot spots and Security men were accommodated there day and night to keep watch.
It is in line with this thought that your Government should borrow a leaf from that model and build Strike Force outpost in areas that have become hotspots due to the activities of bandits and kidnapping. The government while looking into the possibility of building new ones, can also renovate those on the ground that are already abandoned. There are no areas that are not fortified during the period. Now Your Excellency, the menace of the kidnapper’s have started to take effect on many people especially around the new Millennium City, where many landlords are now abandoned their houses and fled. It is imperative Sir that you put in place the Markarf model and build Security Outfits in surrounding villages in new city. Villages where the bandits have their routes and enter some of the villages without any hindrance can be saved by the building of the outposts. Between Danbushiya, Keke one, two and three, Danhonu 2 , Bayan Sauni and Sabongero, Doka Maijama, Angwar Maaji, Dan Honu 1, Kadaure, Kakura, Chauta, Urban Shelter, Yakowa Road, Baban Saura , are suggested areas where the building of Strike Force outpost can help in curbing the atrocities of this criminals. Sir, those in the system who knew where the old ones are built can look for the past Government action and documents on the issue.
With this in mind your Excellency, you will achieve a lot over the issue of insecurity in your state.
